Pre-order time frames are specified in the product description, if no time is specified it will ship within 3-5 business days.
Remember we do not work for the post office so we cannot account for your items once it's shipped. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Due to the limited nature of our products we cannot replace lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur import duties and taxes once your goods reach their destination. Customers are responsible for these charges. If a package/s are undeliverable/unclaimed for any reason and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the price of the item/s only.
